The Relissarium Wars: Book 7 – War by Andrew C. Broderick (ARC Review)

Book 7 of Andrew C. Broderick’s Relissarium Wars Space Opera series is called War. Following on from events in book 6, Capture, Karl has falsely accused the team of murder and had them locked in a dungeon beneath the Yasta Monastery.

With the festival of Dargani fast approaching, and no way to contact Hubard or the rest of the Carbonari operatives, the team’s options are limited. Do they sit tight and wait for the right moment to act, or attempt to flee and risk exposing the other Carbonari in hiding at other Monasteries?

As with previous novellas in the Relissarium Wars series, there is an unexpected twist in the story that both surprises and intrigues the reader, keeping us eager to continue reading as more books are released. The monastery is attacked earlier than expected, but is it the Carbonari’s doing, or that of someone else?

Again at 4 out of 5 stars this is another good story that is let down by some spelling and grammar errors. The Relissarium Wars series is composed of short novellas, which are easily read within a couple of hours and well worth the time it takes to do so.

I received an ARC of this book from Andrew C. Broderick and voluntarily chose to write this review.
